Solar Cell Welding

Solar Panel EL Testing

Use the mirror to inspect the appearance of the solar modules before lamination, and repair them if they are defective.


Packaging


1st

Put the solar panel vertically on the customized pallet, and protect each side of the Polycrystalline Thin Film PV Panels with a corner protector.


2nd

First use the packing belt to stabilize the solar panel for the first time, with the bar code upward for easy searching.


3rd

Put a customized logo carton on the bundled solar panel and seal it.


4th

Use a packing belt for the second strapping, with a corner protector to protect the carton from damage.


5th

Put into the warehouse when packing is completed, ensuring safety.


6th

Wrap the outer packaging with plastic film before transportation to ensure that it will not get wet.
